By connecting to the Internet, you become part of a huge database and also is exposed to all dangers that are associated with the network. Surfer is one of the millions of anonymous Internet users at the same time connect to the network. This anonymity is only apparent, because in reality, users may become victims of hacker attacks, marketing companies or institutions secretly collecting data on the user unaware of anything. 4. is necessary to comply with certain legal tasks for the public good,
5. is necessary for the legitimate purposes of controllers
